Return Policy

At Best Canvas Now, we take great pride in the quality of our custom canvas prints. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review our return policy below for more information.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most products under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom or personalized canvas prints cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during shipping, or if there was an error in fulfilling the order (such as incorrect text or image).
2. How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@bestcanvasnow.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using the provided return address. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7 business days to be processed after the return is received.
Please note:
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the product was damaged or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items. This will be clearly communicated at the time of return authorization.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide us with:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process if you wish to return the product.
