Refund Policy

At Best Canvas Now, we are committed to providing high-quality custom canvas prints and ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect photo or text on the canvas).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for you at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your item for instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [contact email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A description of the issue

We will provide you with instructions for returning the item, and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized canvas prints (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or digital content

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process to request a refund.
